The worst experience with a Fintech. The app didn't work for some days, and when I tried to reach out someones help, none can't do it. Then, they responded me 48 hrs later! Money is one of the most important things for people! And well, they took my money from the investment to pay the credit card, and the payment from another account hasn't been achieved. A mess! I hat them.

For now the experience has been good. Although, the app on iOS can sometimes crash or not open. The domicile document that you have to upload can be a hassle but it's not bad, just a retry fixes it if any issues come up

This app isn't bad; I think but its ads says something "you will receive $100 MXN, if you download the app and if you sing up on it. But I didn't receive my "reward". Whatever. Anything else, I have no a nearby an ATM or a bank of "Banregio" that's why I couldn't continue to using this app. And its screen login has no fingerprint scanner option for unlock your app by selecting the fingerprint sensor. That's all I think. Don't download it please! ☢️
